My Work Out Mix This Week

I thought I might try something new every week and post the music I am listening to on my iPod as I huff and puff along through my workouts and try to hide from anyone in humanity seeing how red my face turns when I exercise, LOL.

As much as I am into dance music and club songs for cardio, they just haven't been cutting it this week, which has been my reintroduction into strength training, so below is what I've been having on steady repeat.
