Who doesn't love a good white party dress?

I remember when I first saw this dress from AshleyStewart.com in black, I wasn't that into it. But then something about it in white was just absolute perfection.

I'm back this week with another post for People Style Watch. This time, I'm talking about making bold prints work for you with this fabulous dress from Ashley Stewart. So often, we are told as curvy women that we shouldn't wear anything too bold so as to call attention to our bodies. I love to wear things that prove people wrong.

And of course, since it's spring, I had to add a pop of color with these mint green DVF pumps.

Happy Friday beauties!

It's been such a busy but amazing week;  I am in complete grind mode right now so I am definitely keeping my eyes on the prize. And I'm also celebrating this semi-spring weather.

I recently had the opportunity to try out a pair of Slim City pants from Gap Factory and I am already in love with the versatility of these pants.

I've actually realized in the last few months that I don't own many pairs of pants. I usually wear dresses and skirts or otherwise jeans. But everyone needs pants for work! So when I was presented with an opportunity for review, I was excited.

The pants are a slim fit and a great length that allows you to show off your shoes (always a plus in my book!). They have a bit of stretch but not much. This is good because they don't lose their shape BUT it can be tricky for fit if you're not sure of your size. They run up to a size 18, but because of the fit, be aware with sizing that they may run a little smaller than your normal size, so I'd maybe buy up a size if possible.

I was tasked with trying out the pants for two different looks.

I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with two of my favorite companies, Plus Model Magazine and Ashley Stewart for their #IAmAshley #WomanOfStyle shoot. They picked me and four other wonderful bloggers to showcase how we style Ashley and what the brand means to us.

You guys know how closely I've worked with Ashley over the years. From working for years as a model to now styling on their ecommerce team, it's one of my most valued professional relationships.

The other bloggers featured were the beautiful Chante from EverythingCurvyandChic.com, Jezra of JezraM.com, Essie from EssieGolden.com and Kelly of KellyAugustine.com . We each put a look together and had a great day of laughs on set.
