Showing a little leg a la Angelina Jolie

The photos are a little blurry, but I kind of like the effect.

With all the talk of Angelina Jolie’s right leg’s awkward display in her Oscar’s dress, I was reminded about a gem I had in my own closet that shows a little leg, albeit a little thicker than hers (ha!).

I bought this stunning AB by Allen Schwartz maxi dress a few weeks ago and I’ve been dying to wear it ever since.  It’s really the embodiment of everything I’m about in fashion right now – black and white, horizontal stripes and modestly sexy. I swooned when I saw it.

It’s such a simple dress so I kept my accessories relatively simple too. Fennimas jewels and Guess pumps in grey completed the look and I was off on my merry way.

I tried to avoid the awkward pose moment. I can thank steps for helping me out with that.
