Blue and green is one of my favorite color combinations right now. But it’s not always easy wearing two bright colors together, especially in a professional environment, and especially in New York City, where everyone lives in black.
I bought this dress from Target last season and it’s super cute and comfortable. I wore it all summer. This jacket is thrifted and I believe it cost me $7. It looks to be about 15-20 years old and is in great condition. I saw the EXACT same replicas at H&M, Forever 21 and several other stores for the new season. I was thrilled to know I got it for a complete steal.
I’m trying to make sure I take a lot of risks with color in my own wardrobe because I’m sick of wearing gloomy.

ReplyDeleteBlack is so reliable that made a promise to myself that it'll only be a special occasion color when I need to knock'em dead so to speak. I found that wearing it became sort of a uniform because I didn't really have to think about it.
I completely know what you mean! I get in the black rut often too bc it's so easy. I love that idea to make it only for special occasions though!
