I bought it back in Au...This is an awesome workout! I bought it back in August. It has kept me on my toes in between going to the gym. I try to do it 2x a week and then gym 2-3x a week for class. You will be able to feel a difference after the first week or so and then possibly see it in 2-3 weeks time doing it 3-4 times a week!
